POLICIES AT J. MERAKI
At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their J. Meraki experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our staff. We ask when booking an appointment with us that you keep a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or if you no-show, 50% of your scheduled service will be charged. Thank you for understanding.
The world around us is a crazy place right now and opinions and division are abundantly affecting everyday life, at this time, we will mask upon request by clients, to ensure that they feel safe. if you would like your service provider to be masked during your visit please let us know.
Deposits On Services:
We require deposits on any services that are customizable such as extensions, keratin, and color corrections. Typically deposits will be $50% of the expected service cost and will be collected at the time of consultation/booking of said service.
We love children more than anything, their sweet laughter and joy, however, we ask that they stay at home during your visit to J. Meraki to ensure that other valued clients can enjoy an experience with few distractions. So please make arrangements accordingly, and take advantage of the kid-free time by indulging in a drink or two during your visit.
We hope that your time with us is beyond enjoyable, not only do we promise to provide you with great treatments, but we hope you unwind by enjoying an adult beverage from our ever-changing variety of beer, wine, and featured cocktails... we just ask that you keep it to a two-drink limit, we care about you and want to see you get home safe after.
